    Is my Frédérique Constant genuine?

    We are often asked to check if a Frédérique Constant watch is genuine. Today over 2,500 official Frederique Constant retailers attest the genuineness of every Frederique Constant watch and provide expert and dependable after-sales servicing, thanks to their expertise and professional skills, and to specially adapted equipment.

    Frederique Constant SA disclaims any relationship to, or responsibility for, any timepiece or other item bearing the Frederique Constant name, brand, logotype or symbol offered for sale by anyone not being an official Frederique Constant retailer.

    Purchasing such an item from an unauthorized party is therefore at the buyer's sole risk, particularly in the case of counterfeit or substandard products and in case of products purchased on the Internet. No explicit or implicit warranty or servicing or any other obligation shall ensue for Frederique Constant or for any of its authorized representatives for products sold by unauthorized parties and not accompanied by a duly stamped Frederique Constant international warranty certificate.

    We suggest first to contact an Authorized Retailer near you and discuss with them directly. Please check the following link. Mostly, our Authorized Retailers have close contact with a Frédérique Constant Service Center. If you cannot arrange repair with an Authorized Retailer near you, we advise you to contact the Frédérique Constant Service Center in your country. You find addresses via this link.     USA and Caribbean repairs must be sent to Stoll & Co and Canadian repairs must be sent to Time Central (details below).

    USA and Caribbean Repairs

    Stoll & Co., Inc. is the authorized service center for Frederique-Constant time pieces in North America. Please send your watch to their service facility:

    Stoll & Co will evaluate and contact you with an estimate to repair. Should the watch fall within the warranty period, supporting documents must be included. Please send a copy of the warranty which should have a date of purchase and store stamp with name and address.     Please include your name, return shipping address, daytime telephone number, and an insured value for our records. Please also state the problem you are experiencing with the time piece. Please do not send original boxes or papers, as we cannot insure their return. We receive all carriers every, and return typically UPS three day select (unless a high value item) back to the customer.

    All repairs in Canada are to be sent to Time Central's watch service facility. Your timepiece will be evaluated and a member of staff will contact you with an estimate for repair. Should the watch fall within the warranty period, ensure that all supporting documents are included in your package. A copy of the warranty, inclusive of a date of purchase and a store stamp with address and contact information are necessary for any repairs to be completed.

    If you would like to request an estimate on a Non-Warranty repair, please state this on your job bag and a repair agent will contact you with an estimate before proceeding. You may also contact the service center with any additional questions or concerns at 905.475.2050.

    How long is my Frédérique Constant watch under warranty?

    A Frédérique Constant watch is guaranteed for a period of two years starting on the purchase date, covering all manufacturing defects during regular use as stated in following terms: Frédérique Constant S.A. will replace free of charge any defective component due to a manufacturing error, duly noted by our technical services.  Your watch is under warranty for a period of two years from the date on the Warranty Certificate, signed and stamped by an authorized Frédérique Constant Retailer.

    The Frédérique Constant International Warranty covers a Frédérique Constant wristwatch purchased anywhere in the world from an authorized Frédérique Constant Retailer and will be honored by every authorized Frédérique Constant Retailer.

    This warranty is valid only for wristwatches accompanied by the guarantee certificate duly signed, dated and stamped by the authorized Frédérique Constant Retailer. Both the reference and the individual registration numbers of the Frédérique Constant watch must be written on the certificate.

    Any servicing or repair work to your Frédérique Constant watch must be carried out by a Frédérique Constant approved service and repair center only or the International Warranty is no longer valid.

    The International Warranty does not cover theft, loss or acts of God, or the consequences of natural disasters, damage resulting from accidents (shocks, knocks, dents, crushing, etc.), alteration or opening by other than the authorized Frédérique Constant Retailer, damage resulting from mistreatment or improper use, damage resulting from any tampering with the watch by any party whatsoever than a service center duly authorized by the Frédérique Constant, as well as the consequences of normal wear and ageing of the watch.

    We ask you to register your watch within 60 days of purchase via this link. Even after 60 days, please proceed to register.
